Relax and Restore Float Spa is a hidden Gem.
I first visited Relax and Restore Float Spa over a year ago and I absolutely enjoyed my float experience. It was crazy relaxing. I was surprised that I was able to float effortlessly. I didn't think the water would hold me up, but it did. This year I started doing biocharge sessions to help me with inflammation in my knee as well as the 5-Hour Energy sessions for days when I didn't sleep well at night and have to go to work the next day. It is amazing how well this works. It is very refreshing to have natural alternatives that can help improve our Wellness without taking medicine. I'm so glad to have met Saundra the owner. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. She answers all your questions thoroughly to help you understand the whys and how floating and Biocharge sessions helps improve your health.

Such a hidden gem 🤍 Relax & Resort’s space is beautifully designed, super calming, clean, and private. The float room itself is peaceful with the soft lighting, and you can tell everything is really well maintained. The shower area is fully stocked with anything you might need, which I appreciated. I had a hair appointment immediately after and felt well equipped from using all the amenities. Overall, it genuinely feels like a true spa experience, just more intimate and relaxing. Perfect place to unwind and reset, I left feeling amazing.
Also Saundra is very knowledgeable, so if you have any questions or concerns she’s more than able, plus teach you something new....more

I booked a couples float for my husband and I on a whim while we were in the Nashville area. We both had such a pleasant experience (our first) that it will be hard to top!
Saundra was both professional and engaging. We enjoyed her perspective and insight on floating, as well as on other wellness practices.
The space was very intentional, clean and private. We especially appreciated that we were not rushed pre or post session.

I've been floating for seven years now and have experienced a variety of float spas; all unique in their own way. I can unequivocally say that THIS place is my #1. I have never felt more comfortable walking in somewhere. The energy here is just immaculate. For someone with anxiety, that's HUGE. Saundra is clearly passionate about floating and about her beautiful location. A lot of float spas, as hard as they may try, there is just usually something a little corporate about it or you can tell that some of the employees aren't really that into it or it really is just a job to them but HERE is ALL heart. Saundra has thought of all the details and has put into it what she would want from a float spa because she loves to float. I have never felt more taken care of at a business and this place is truly a blessing. I had the best experience, the float tub is open to the air (my personal preference) and huge. I was a little skeptical about any benefits of floating, but I was pleasantly surprised. Mrs. Saundra explained everything and answered any questions we had. She has you scheduled a little early, so this time does not cut into your float time.
You can choose to leave music playing and soft lighting on, or turn it all off and float in darkness and silence. We chose the darkness and silence. It took me about 30 minutes to get the tension out of my neck and shoulders and finally relax. I wish we had picked the 90 minute float session, because I only had 30 minutes of relaxed float time left with the 60 minute session, but those 30 minutes were wonderful. It is very humid in the room and the temperature of the water is the same as your body temp, so you do not feel cold at all. We chose to float nude, which Mrs. Saundra said the less restrictions you have on your body, the better.
When your time is up, you shower again to get all the salt off. She has different soaps, shampoos, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Just remember to bring your hair brush. The bathroom is in the same room with the float tank, so it’s all private.
I immediately felt more relaxed after the float and that feeling continued throughout the day. I was able to go to sleep last night without taking a sleep aid, which is very difficult for me to do. Today I have not had any neck or shoulder pain. I will go back and do this again!...more

We had the most incredible couples float therapy experience! Saundra, the owner, was absolutely wonderful—so knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She took the time to explain everything and made us feel completely comfortable from start to finish.
The float tub was HUGE—perfect for two people—and incredibly relaxing. We both felt deeply restored afterward, both physically and mentally. The eucalyptus oil she used was heavenly and added such a grounding, spa-like touch to the experience.
To top it all off, we were treated to an 8-minute bio machine session afterward that emitted healing frequencies, which was such a unique and calming addition. We left feeling balanced, relaxed, and recharged.

Had a great first float experience with my fiancé! She was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and offered a quality experience. Some notes I’ll leave for other first timers is: You’ll shower when you arrive there before your float and after your float, you can choose to float naked or a swimsuit, and I’d suggest calling when you arrive so she can let you in thru her gate because this location is out of a home. Me and my boyfriend went here for our anniversary. We had never done anything like that and were super excited. First of all the owner is amazing, very professional and welcoming. She made us feel very comfortable from the moment we got there. She even had options for room temp or cold water. The float tub itself was AMAZING! We did the couples float and it was honestly life changing. We both were so relaxed through the whole thing and felt very safe. The place is extremely clean and sanitary. The sleep we got when we got home last night was top tier, I’ve never slept so good in my life. HIGHLU recommend this spa especially if you’re a couple wanting an experience that’ll bring you closer together...more

She is also very knowledgeable, answering all of your questions, and then goes over all of the details before your session so you are well informed. Awesome. Saundra was amazing. She talked to me about how floating had improved her life and was so invested in my experience being positive. She was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and generally awesome.
The space is beautiful and so so clean and sanitary. I was nervous to try it but Saundra made it so easy and comfortable.
The float was amazing. First time so it took me a while to settle down but it was magical once I did.
