You can book online or call our front desk to reserve dual appointments. Each package includes four 60-minute floats for two; schedule sessions at your convenience based on availability. We’ll place bookings under one account to simplify management and reminders.
Yes — if we have two tanks available you can float simultaneously in adjacent suites. Otherwise guests may book back-to-back sessions within the same appointment window. Let us know during booking and we’ll accommodate side-by-side or paired scheduling when possible.
Packages typically expire six months from the purchase date, allowing flexibility to space sessions. Expiration policies may vary during promotions; contact our spa staff for exact dates and to request reasonable extensions in special circumstances.
Refunds are generally not offered for promotional packages, but transfers or rescheduling may be permitted with advance notice. Contact guest services to discuss options; we’ll work with you to accommodate changes or transfer sessions to another couple when feasible.
No prior experience is required. New floaters receive a full orientation before their first session, covering safety, hygiene, and relaxation tips. Our staff will answer questions and ensure you and your partner feel comfortable and confident entering the float tank.
Bring a photo ID and any personal items you need afterward. Swimwear is optional; we provide towels, earplugs, and robe use. Avoid heavy lotions before floating and arrive ten minutes early to complete a quick intake and enjoy a calm transition.
