What's in the package
Each 4-Float Special S90 bundle includes four separate 90-minute float sessions priced at $210. Sessions are booked individually and the package does not expire, so you can schedule them at your own pace. Relax and Restore Float Spa operates from its Hermitage location at 3771B Hoggett Ford Rd, serving commuters and nearby suburbs.
For each session we provide towels, earplugs, and shower amenities including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus post-float care products. You’ll receive a brief orientation and can request a free consultation to address concerns like claustrophobia or pregnancy. Simply arrive a few minutes early to check in; wear comfortable clothing for before and after your float.
How extended floats work
Ninety-minute floats give more uninterrupted time for the brain to move into deep meditative states that many customers describe as profoundly restorative. The float environment uses Epsom-salt-saturated water at roughly 93.5°F (34.5°C) and high buoyancy to remove postural strain; clients report that this combination helps with recovery, stress reduction, and sustained relaxation without any active effort.
Longer sessions can accelerate familiarization with the float experience, so regular use of the four sessions often produces more noticeable cumulative benefits than isolated single floats. Many Hermitage clients start with weekly or bi-weekly floats for intense needs, then shift to monthly maintenance; January, November and December see higher purchases for New Year commitments and holiday gifting.
Before and after your float
To get the most from a 90-minute session, avoid shaving the day of your float and remove contact lenses before entering the tank to prevent irritation. Try to skip caffeine a few hours beforehand if your goal is easier relaxation. We supply earplugs and shower amenities, so bring only comfortable clothes and a readiness to relax.
If claustrophobia is a concern, you control the tank lid and lighting; many clients find the dark, open sensation freeing once they acclimate. Falling asleep during a float is safe because the salt keeps you buoyant; pregnant clients often experience symptom relief but should consult their healthcare provider before booking. Ask for a free consultation to discuss any special considerations.
